Bishop Ngwiza Mnkandla is the Overseer for Faith Ministries Worldwide. A ministry to which King’s Oasis Church is a part. He is a sought-after speaker the world over. He has headed a number of ministries and organisations.

As senior pastor of Faith Ministries, he was instrumental in the resuscitation of The Evangelical Fellowship of Zimbabwe (EFZ) for which he was chairman.  The EFZ  became the chief mouth piece of evangelical churches in Zimbabwe. He was chairman of Target 2000, the initial DAWN project in Africa, and the pilot model for Dawn Africa’s work on the continent. The project set a goal of  planting ten thousand new churches in Zimbabwe between 1992 and the year 2000 and successfully managed, not only to achieve this target, but also to surpass it.  Bishop Ngwiza also co-directes Dawn Africa.

He grew the Faith Ministries from one to fifty congregations. As Executive  Director of Zambuko Trust, he visited microfinance organizations in Africa, Asia and Latin America. In 1998 Zambuko Trust hosted the US First Lady, Mrs. Hillary Clinton, during her visit to Zimbabwe- she donated US$500,000 to the organization, acknowledging the organization’s efforts to alleviate poverty.Bishop Ngwiza is married to Maureen, an educational psychologist by profession, and a lecturer at the University of Zimbabwe before leaving to focus on their family businesses. They have two daughters Linda and Sandi.
